The interior
Upon arrival, you enter through the central hallway on the first floor, and by stairs you reach the middle of the spacious living room. The living room forms one entity with the open kitchen and has a generous cooking island, a wine fridge and high-quality built-in appliances. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathroom en-suite. The master bedroom is located at the front and has a more luxurious bathroom with a free-standing, round bathtub, with views of Dalt Villa, Salinas and Playa d’en Bossa. Furthermore, all bedrooms have their own built-in wardrobes.
From the central hall on the first floor you can walk up the stairs to the roof terrace with its breathtaking views. From the same staircase you can also go to the basement, an extra floor with 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and the laundry in the hall. Despite the fact that these bedrooms are located in the lower level of the villa, both bedrooms have daylight through (walkable) glass plates that are located in the ceiling at the side of the bedrooms.
Until October 2022 you can still influence the finish of the house such as the colour schemes, the kitchen, etc. So you can finish the house according to your own wishes. The delivery will take place in the first quarter of 2023 (see timetable), so you can move into the residence before the summer.

When you arrive at the villa, the gate opens automatically and you can park your car in one of the two spacious parking spaces. The large stepping stones catch the eye immediately and, together with the tropical planting, give a warm feeling. Upon entering the central hall on the first floor, you walk down the stairs to the spacious open living room. You can also choose to walk down the stairs along the back of the house. These stairs lead to the spacious terrace with luxury outdoor kitchen.
The plot of 500m2 offers all kinds of possibilities to enjoy both the sun and the shade. There are three different levels to be outside. In front of the pool is a lowered area and on the roof is a spacious roof terrace with outdoor fireplace, Jacuzzi and bar. The eye-catcher of the house is the infinity pool, from which you have breathtaking and panoramic views. Of course, there are also outdoor showers, both at the pool on the ground floor and on the roof terrace.

The modern villa is about a 7 minute drive from the airport. As an alternative to the beautiful swimming pool overlooking the ‘heart’ of Ibiza, the many beaches are within easy reach. The always cosy Cala Jondal is a 15 minute drive and the beautiful white beaches on the west coast are about 25 minutes away. Would you like to spend a day on the water? Then the port of Marina Botafoch is only a few minutes away.
Also a few minutes drive away is Sant Jordi, where you will find many supermarkets and the largest padel centre on the island: Club de Campo.
