The newly built villa
On one of Ibiza’s most wanted locations the construction of this magnificent villa is in full swing. The architect has put the panoramic views at the heart of the design of this villa. The residence, which will be completed early 2023, is spread over two floors and has an oasis of light due to the high sliding doors at the front. The view is emphasised from both the living room with its open kitchen and the master bedroom with its attached bathroom.
The villa with a built-up area of almost three hundred square metres has an optimal layout, in which interior and exterior flow seamlessly together. Because of this connection, you always have a view of the infinity pool. This is not only ideal with small children, but also cosy during barbecues in the luxurious outdoor kitchen.
The interior
When you arrive by car, you walk through the central hall on the first floor and down the stairs. This staircase leads to the middle of the spacious living room, which is one unit with the open kitchen. The kitchen has a generous cooking island, a wine fridge and high-quality built-in appliances. The sleek floor in combination with the natural and industrial elements provide a modern look. There is also a spacious guest toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. The master bedroom is located at the front and has a luxurious bathroom with a free-standing, round bath, from which you have a view of Dalt Villa, Salinas and Playa d’en Bossa. Furthermore, all bedrooms have their own built-in wardrobes. From the central hall on the first floor you can walk up the stairs to the roof terrace with its breathtaking views.
From the same staircase you can also go to the basement, an extra floor with 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and the laundry in the hallway. Although these bedrooms are located in the lower level of the villa, both bedrooms have daylight through (walkable) glass plates that are located in the ceiling on the side of the bedrooms.
On the floorplans in the menu you can see exactly how all rooms in the villa are situated, including all corresponding sizes (also measuring to scale is possible since there is also a print option of the plans).
Any adjustments before October 2022
If you decide to purchase this villa before October 2022, you will still have influence on the finishings such as the colour schemes and the kitchen. So you can make it just the way you want it. Completion will take place in the first quarter of 2023 (see timetable), so you can move into the residence before the summer.
