Disclaimer about renders
We have tried to make the renders as realistic as possible and as close to reality as possible. However, there may be small differences compared to the final build which we cannot foresee in advance. This applies to all the renderings but not to the floor plans, of course.
The furniture and fittings are not part of the villa and will not be included in the purchase price.
The price of Villa Cas Mut is € 3,100,000*
This price also excludes the outdoor bar, the gas fire and the Jacuzzi on the roof terrace and excludes the outdoor kitchen with bbq on the terrace to the left on the ground floor and the outdoor bar on the sun terrace in front of the swimming pool. These components are highly dependent on the wishes of the buyer in terms of type and execution. In consultation with the purchaser, we can still include these components in the construction at a price agreed in advance. To be clear: all connections such as water, drainage, electricity, etc. are already included in the preparation and are included in the purchase price.
*The price is exclusive of 10% IVA.
