The outdoor areas
Upon arrival at the villa, the gate opens automatically and you can park your car in one of the two spacious parking spaces. Upon entering the central hall on the first floor, you walk down the stairs, where you come out in the spacious open living room. You can also choose to walk down the stairs at the back of the house. These stairs lead to the wooden terrace on the right side of the swimming pool.
The plot of 500m2 offers all kinds of possibilities to enjoy both the sun and the shade. There are three different levels to be outside. In front of the pool is a lowered area, the sun terrace, with an outdoor bar and room for at least 10 sunbeds, and on the roof is a spacious roof terrace with an outdoor fireplace, jacuzzi and bar. The eye-catcher of the house is of course the infinity pool, from which you have a breathtaking and panoramic view. Of course, there is also an outdoor shower by the pool.
Location, views and orientation
The residence is one of the few villas in this area where several shops are within a one-kilometre radius. You could even walk the two kilometres to Vara de Rey. By the way, the house is located on the south side of the hill Cas Mut, which means that you can see the sun rise and enjoy the sunset on your roof terrace in the evening.
From the residence, you can reach the airport in just a few minutes. Nevertheless, at this location you will hardly experience any noise pollution from low-flying aircraft. Moreover, the modern villa has a pleasant access route and you will soon be on the roads to San Antonio, San Josep and Santa Eulalia.
